You can report players and submit Account/Tech Support inquiries there and an agent will be happy to look into your request. If you have an Account-related inquiry, you can also call 855-WBGAMES, seven days a week, from 10am to 7pm (EST).
Members of Customer Service do monitor and post in these forums, and will answer questions when able or guide you to the appropriate resources. Additionally, other players are often able to assist you based on their similar experiences. Due to volume, not all PMs can be answered directly.
